Devon Rustic ( C, UP, V., )

This unpasturised cheese, with its UFO shape is made near Totnes on the Sharpham estate from unpasturised Jersey cows milk.  It has a slightly crumbly texture and a delicate flavour with a lingering  after taste.  Almost like a caerphilly.
