Capricorn Brie ( G, P, V., )

A goat's milk brie from  Lubborn near Crewkerne in Somerset, this brie tend to be mild and crumbly when young but becomes fuller flavoured and creamier as it matures.  It comes in 1kg cheese squares and we sell it by the half or whole cheese.
