Another additive cheese that gets the nod of approval.  Cheddar with pickled onion and chives.  Sort of like cheese and onion crisps without the potato!  It feels strange as the cheesewire cuts it as you get relatively soft cheese interspersed with crunchy pickled onion.  A "whole cheese" in this case is 1.2kg.
