The Herb & Garlic Rustic is a semi-hard, unpasteurized cheese made with Jersey cow milk. It has a real savoury depth of flavour due to the fresh pureed garlic, complementing the creamy character of the cheese. The Herb & Garlic Rustic is the key ingredient of one of the Vineyard Cafés signature dishes - the mint and pea fritters. It is handmade in the same way as the Plain Rustic.
